Meet Your Facilitator!
I'm Cassie Little, a speaker, podcast host, content creator, and the founder of Her Sorority Journey. I am an enthusiastic advocate of the sorority experience & empowering leaders to cultivate a culture they are proud to welcome future sisters into.
For the past eight years, I have been working with sorority chapters & communities to create meaningful communities where women can be their authentic selves & thrive! You deserve to have a place where you know you belong and I hope that this course allows you to see how sorority can be that for you.

Pre-Recorded Guided Workshop
You can expect to find a 30 minute guided reflection, celebration, and vision-casting by Cassie Little. The video will prompt when to pause and have individual discussions or facilitated conversations.
Worksheets
There are two worksheets included with purchase. One for incoming officers and one for outgoing officers that will be used throughout the workshop.
Facilitator Guide
A facilitator guide is included so you as the advisor or leader organizing this workshop can ensure you are prepared to facilitate dialogue throughout the workshop.
